- Responsibilities: Buying · -Lead the seasonal buying session, deliver clear strategy on assortment and investment within the company direction · -Lead the preparation and discussion of OTB · -Conduct granular buy for key stores according to clientele and ecosystem · -Deliver collection strategy and product information to local 360 departments and stores In-Season to push merchandise performance and ST · -Responsible for Normal Retail stock distribution, allocation and consolidation · -Initiate and execute analysis and actions to maximize sales as well as achieve targeted sell-through rates, with close work with 360 departments · -Work together with Supply Chain team to ensure appropriate stock coverage for the region and at store level · -Review with VM Department on display guidelines to ensure visibility of key products to maximize sales opportunity while maintaining brand image · -Collaborate with Training team to identify training needs, participate in preparation and delivering of training · -Develop clientele insights with close work with CRM team Market Intelligence · -Conduct active communication with stores with regular market visits · -Conduct market research on market trend, customer behavior, competitor updates and product offer · -Develop close working relationship with HQ to share market intelligence, propose new product development and obtain recourses to help local business Requirements · -Knowledge of fashion and luxury products, 10 years buying/merchandising experience preferred · -University graduate in business or fashion design · -Fluent in both written and oral English · -Strong analytical ability both quantitative and qualitative, good PC literacy · -Good interpersonal and communication skills · -Self-motivated, proactive, result-oriented, good team player · -Retail experience will be a plus
