职位介绍
Responsibilities 1. Provide Analysis and insight switch commercial perspective on consumer trends, sales opportunity, and market trends. 2. Align the products catalogue with global and regional calendars to deliver accurate digital merchandising/VM, marketing, product and consumer strategies to targeted markets & audience. 3. Develop merchandising allocation 4. Merchandise online assets management & maintenance  Collaborate with global E-catalog team to complete online assets season by season, including product detail information translation validation, page/video content translation…  Daily webpage checking & maintenance. Ensure related content/information are accurate & communicate clearly with online customers on Ecom platforms.  Reply the inquiring of online product description or page information from customers. 5. Online VM setting  Set up online VM/search rules on Ecom platforms based on global VM guideline, follow brand artistic direction, especially taking online customer interests & sales performance into account. 6. VM performance tracking & adjustment  VM performance information integration including product performance indicators summary & observation; customer feedbacks aggregation for online VM optimization. 7. Data/report Support  Drive the integration of various data sources to provide regular report as required. Develop further analytics framework & make the best use out of data  Sales performance by product  Sales analysis reports for each product category  Analyze sell-through data and past collections to update merchandising guide  VM data performance analysis  Campaign product performance tracking & analysis Requirements & Capabilities: 1. With over 5 years working experience in E-merchandising or related role 2. Ability to develop a deep understanding of the market landscape, as well as the specific needs and opportunities for business growth. 3. Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 4. Ability to work cross-functionally to drive results and execution. 5. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google analytics, Back-office tools, power-BI is a plus. 6. Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities. 7. Fluent in English& Chinese 8. Independent problem-solving skill & logical thinking. 9. Must be a good team player, pleasant and self-motivated.
