- Objectives - Contribute to retail business - To respect and make others respect all guidelines in product display - Understand retail priorities and apply product display accordingly - Orchestrating major rotation of products (major launch/season change/events) - Create an aesthetic, elegant and attractive environment for customers - To train VMA and metier ambassadors for better daily maintenance and smaller scale of product rotation/ launching in store. Responsibilities - Visit stores within perimeter monthly according to actual roster - Actively lead and perform VM changes according to selling trends and product assortment in a bi-weekly basis. - Plan and execute event display in store working with other functions - Define with store management team upon arrival about the action priorities, the plan, and the objectives for the visit - Wrap up and debrief before leaving - Be partner as a VM China teammate providing support for other regions when needed. - To work in close collaboration with VM ambassadors and VM assistants, keep training on VM guidelines every visit and to introduce and explain new guidelines when applicable. - Be responsible for plv inventory within own perimeter of stores, to propose re-ordering and to organize transfer when needed. - Voice out any issue towards retail environment enhancement when related to VM (store layout, lighting, fabric, furniture, flowers, cleanliness) and to follow up - Report of monthly actions to VM manager - To be an active member on viva engage sharing pictures of best practices - To be creative on cross merchandising display to elicit customer’s desire and enhance storytelling. Knowledge/ Skills - Good communication skills - Regular travelling - Computer skills (Microsoft office) - Flexible in shift when needed
