职位介绍: Responsibilities: • Regular field work with stores team to maintain good standard and execution of VM presentation, report to VM Manager. • Project coordination of VM initiatives including campaign window, instore display, seasonal launch, brand’s imagery update. • Scheduled regular store visit, VM rotation and reporting. • Communicate with store manager timely to review store display and know the market, provide professional advice to improve store performance. Consolidate VM plan to VM Manager approve. • New openings, closely work with project team, organize VM plan & initial merchandising, props ordering, staff VM training, ensure high quality store opening. • Support to event and other activities. • Travel as needed for new store opening and VM projects set up. • Coordinate information and work closely with cross-functional teams on all visual communication roll out. • Assist in preparation pf VM reports, analysis, proposals, installations & overview. Requirements: • 2 years’ experiences as VM in fashion brand. • Understand artistic knowledge, sense of fashion, color, trends, and styling. • Be passionate about brand’s identity. • Hardworking, proactive, and problem-solving attitude. • Detail conscious, creative, patience. • Excellent communication and organization skills. • Good at English both in written and oral. • Available to travel frequently. • Computer literate including use of Photoshop, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. • Able to work multi-task in a fast-paced environment meeting deadlines.
