Responsibilities   Design HRIS roadmap and drive the outcome by consulting HR team on the HRIS needs.  Understand and translate business needs and objectives into clearly written system requirements.  Provide technical and functional expertise in support of HRIS, including selection of software/hardware, systems update review, testing process and improvement suggestions to ensure the implementation of daily functions.  Research and implement HRIS improvements to reduce error, optimize process, increase efficiency in the basis of aligning with organizational goals and priorities.  Partner closely with the HR teams as well as other functions to ensure consistent HR data integrity and treatment.  Management of HR digitalization projects, including but not limit to HR dashboard, reporting, payroll system, learning platform. and vendor management  Act as a primary liaison between HR teams and Tech Support in the aspect of new system feature, change requests, application issues, etc. Requirements   5 years above related HRIS experience, excellent knowledge of SAP/Oracle/Workday or any other major HCM solution or related projects management in SSC.  Expertise in Power BI/Tableau, VBA.  Excellent verbal & written communication skill in English and Chinese.  With the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, while accessing and procuring accurate information in a fast-paced environment.  Experience in identifying and resolving complex issues, will take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstance – solid sense of accountability and managing expectations.  Broad knowledge of HR functional areas and recruitment, employee lifecycle is highly preferred.  Also accept fresh graduate with bachelor’s (or above) degree in Computer Science / IT / Information System related fields, and willing to develop in the HRIS specialized industry from fundamental process.
