- Responsibilities: 1. Monitor whole sales orders and ensure customer orders are processed and tracked in a timely and accurate manner. 2. Collaborate with internal PMC/MATE/QUAL departments to ensure products are available on time for customer orders fulfillment. 3. Collaborate with shipping teams and warehouse team to schedule deliveries to ensure timely shipping, actively engage and resolve delivery issues. 4. Collaborate with sales team to confirm urgent project order details, delivery schedules, and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order fulfillment. 6. Analyze data to identify efficiency and improvement opportunities, providing strategic recommendation. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree, preferably in customer account management, or a related field. 2. 10+ years of work experience in order management or supply chain. 3. Good knowledge with Excel formula and ERP system opertaion. 4. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and emergencies. 5. Fluent English both oral and written. 7. Active and good working attitude, teamwork sense.
