- Specified Responsibility: 1. Project implementation 1.1 Responsible for communicating project progress and other issues to PMO manager and related project managers. 1.2 Planning and forecast duties – continuous monthly rolling forecast for project, cost, time and scope. 1.3 Responsible to support the preparation of cost estimates and produce accurate and unbiased cost forecast at a detailed and summary level for the final cost. 1.4 Responsible for preparation and update of project time schedule in MSP, project reports and writing of protocols. 1.5 Stablish and monitor the critical path in the project master plan and update subproject schedules. 1.6 Identify early warming of adverse cost, schedule, quality trends and ensure that corrective actions are taken by performing “plan-actuals-forecast” – analysis. 1.7 Responsible to update to Capex and OPEX budget quarterly. 1.8 Responsible for preparation and update of project documentation (PEP, project controls plan, etc). 1.9 Documentation of the projects concerning approvals, release, planned and actual value. 1.10 Support the project manager to secure resource requirements. 1.11 Manpower planning – Review and monitoring of working hours. 1.12 Assisting in development and training of the relevant staff in project controls topics. 1.13 Support the interface between project and client’s local and global policies and guidelines (e.g. Procurement, accounting, documentations policies). 1.14 Maintenance spare parts and budget control. Qualification: 1. Bachelor degree or above, cost control. 2. English level: Good communication ability in English both of writing and speaking. 3. Know-How on Capex and process control. 4. Familiar with Auto-CAD and MPS or related project software, PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc. 5. At least 5 years working experience on production engineering or project management. 6. Proven and demonstrable project management skills with minimum 3 years’ experience. 7. Good interpersonal skills that support effective communication and negotiation. 8. Fluent in English.
