- MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS POSITION 设立该职务的基本目的 Ensure correct booking for all cost centers under logistics function. Enhance financial analysis for logistics operations. Further improve logistic cost efficiency and drive cost savings. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION 该职务的主要职责 As part of synthesis reporting & strategic analysis team, this position will: -Be responsible for monthly closing & budgeting/forecasting of logistic cost and ensure timeliness & accuracy. -Co-work with all cost center owners and conduct thorough financial analysis of logistics costs by cost center/department and prepare regular reports and presentations on logistics cost performance, variance analysis, and recommendations for improvement. -Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics costs and provide insights to management for decision-making. -Identify potential rooms for process optimization, provide financial guidance and support for logistics-related projects and initiatives. -Stay updated on business activities, industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes impacting logistics costs. MAIN KPIs OF THIS POSITION 该职务的主要业绩指标 -Accuracy and timely delivery of all reports with value added comments/recommendations. -Project completion on time & in high quality -Continuous optimization of process with right approach PRINCIPAL COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND BACKGROUND 该职务所需的主要技能及相关背景 Key competencies: -Strong understanding of financial principles, cost accounting, and variance analysis. -Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. -Strong information collection skill with good sense of converting information into a very demonstrative pattern / charts/ graph. -Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels, in both Chinese & English. -Knowledge of logistics operations, supply chain management is preferred. -Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. -Must be a result driven individual with high levels of business acumen. -Proactive regarding risk detection, initiative, motivated. -Strong Excel & Powerpoint skills are must. Microsoft AX and PowerBI skills are a plus. Profile: -Bachelor Degree or above in finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related filed. -5+ years working experience in finance, controlling, or logistics management roles, preferred in MNC, Cosmetics (or FMCG) industry. -Performance assessment rate is higher than average at previous working experience.
