- As a Senior Software Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining test strategies and automated test scripts for software used in semiconductor equipment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software development, hardware engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure that our software products meet industry standards and customer expectations. This role requires a solid understanding of semiconductor equipment hardware and electronics, software testing methodologies and an ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for software used in semiconductor equipment. - Develop automated test scripts, test frameworks, and test tools to improve test coverage and efficiency. - Conduct thorough testing, including unit tests, integration tests, system tests, and regression tests, to ensure software quality. - Collaborate with software development teams to identify and resolve software defects and other issues. - Conduct root cause analysis of software-related issues and provide solutions to prevent recurrence. - Work with hardware engineering teams to understand hardware-software integration and ensure compatibility. - Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on testability and software quality. - Mentor and guide junior software test engineers in best practices and technical skills. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
