职位介绍: Senior Business Controller Location: Jiading, Shanghai Position Summary - The Senior Business Controller (Team Leader) works in a dynamic and impactful environment, as a trusted finance business partner, to lead the analytical and controlling process of the unit, highlight the business risks, provide innovative solution and co-drive the sustainable & profitable growth with BU head. Responsibilities 1. Lead the rolling sales forecasting activities for the responsible business unit. Manage the calendar, due dates and deliverables for monthly outlook, quarterly forecasts and yearly BP 2. Manage the monthly business review process. Provide analysis and overview on net sales, profitability, segment performance, price & mix development, order intake, collection etc. 3. Act as extended arm of internal control in the unit, review and approve special price, samples, rebates, watch out for bad debt provision, unreasonable S&A expense, etc. 4. Help the BU head actively manage pre-sales process in C4C, visualization, pipeline sufficiency, conversion rates, risk and opportunities, support needed, data quality, etc. 5. Continually drive the team for improved analytics to increase transparency & insights. 6. Support sales team simulating customer offers, review and approve price quotations, T&C 7. Utilize various AR reports, perform detailed working capital reviews and analysis. 8. Collaborate with the leadership team in creating the Strategic plan, track and monitor the process towards 2025 ambition, connecting the dots on key localization projects, NMO, etc. 9. Actively steward FVC profitability, price and cost development, enhance cluster visibility Requirements 1. Bachelor degree or above in finance related major, MBA is a plus. CPA/ ACCA/ CMA certificate is also preferred. 2. 10+ years of progressive Finance experience in Manufacturing Industry, with a mixture of industrial setting is preferred. 3. High level analytical capabilities with a record of successful financial modeling experience 4. Strong communication and presentation skills, bilingual, both written and verbal 5. Proven record of successful individual and team process improvement actions 6. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects 7. Strong ability to drive things happen with good flexibility and adaptivity handling VUCA environment
