- JOB RESPONSIBILITY - -Responsible allocation/distribution of SKUs from local warehouse to stores or Ecom, cross mainland China - -Translate assortment and buy plans into distribution parameters & strategies; ensure pipe quantities are appropriate and allocated based on sales expectations - -Manage inventory levels by sku/store to support sales and inventory plans as well as Marketing/promotional and tiered merchandising strategies, follow sales network plan of specific product - -Manage all inventory additions/ deletions/revisions to support distribution/replenishment to stores - -Collaborate with merchandising team, build appropriate target stock level cross SKU and stores / warehouses - -Manage shipment status including delays & coordinate situation with Logistics and other relative partners accordingly - -Specific support on promotion or event inventory re balance and reporting - - -Responsible for Outlet product replenishment and allocation - -Coordinate and manage retail and outlet channels event incl. Outlet / Markdown / Family sales JOB REQUIREMENTS - -BA or BS degree with 1-2 years of prior experience in merchandise allocation, distribution or sales management - -Professional computer skills – Excel - -Fluent in English and Chinese - -Excellent communication, analytical, cross team alignment and presentation skills are required - -Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency - -A collaborative and respectful team player - -Strong learning capabilities on process, product, assortment and procedure
