- General Description: Responsible for supporting plant Controller to achieve of business results, while also ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, risk management. Key Accountabilities： 1. Report & Analysis: Efficiently Provide and communicate accurate, timely and useful financial reports and analysis including actual/forecast and yearly Budget/LRP and other required analysis. 2. Take lead the cost reduction project, ideas/initiatives collection and tracking, results valuation, workshop organization, etc. 3. Assist on internal/external audit. 4. Other jobs assigned by manager. Qualifications & Requirements： 1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in Accounting or related. 2. More than 5 years’ accountant in manufacturing industry and more than 3 years working as FP&A. Auto parts industry is preferred. 3. Familiar with standard costing. 4. SAP Finance module is must. 5. Proficient with Microsoft office software. 6. English language capability in written and speaking. 7. Strong numerical, analytical and communication skills. 8. Carefulness on data checking and preparation.
