职位介绍: Day to Day Responsibilities: •Focus on 10KVA power supply and distribution system, generator and UPS operation and maintenance, improvement automation control for facility equipment, and facility equipment on site troubleshooting support. •Responsibility for BMS, fire alarm system, air-compress, city water, HVAC, chiller, waste-water treatment, dust collection etc. •Make work plan, complete the plan with technical staff, check the implementation results and track the long-term effectiveness. •Establish and optimize the existing program files to ensure the effectiveness of preventive maintenance to reduce the frequency of emergency repair. •Review the supplier construction plan, on site supplier management and be responsible for the construction result to ensure the quality and reliability. •Provide training and assessment for technical personnel to ensure that they master the necessary skills. •Responsible for spare parts management system and localization. Requirement: •Bachelor’s degree in electrical majors or equivalent. •3+ years’ experience working in facility operations and maintenance in large-scale factories. •Familiar with facility equipment, and Rich hands-on experiences with facility equipment operations and maintenance. •Familiar with facility equipment principle, familiar with equipment maintenance and repair process. •Able to repair and maintain facility equipment and engage in on-site work.
