Lead the related projects (NPD / EPD / squeeze) launch on time within the budget and ensure the achievement of the final goal. 在预算范围内主导被指派的相关项目（NPD/EPD/squeeze）按时上市,并确保实现最终目标。 2. Ensure that the packaging design of all products is effective and meets the requirements of environmental protection, safety, shipping, regulations. 确保所有产品的包装设计是有效的,符合环保、安全、海运、和法规要求。 3. Work closely with factory, regional and global teams to improve production line efficiency. (Procedures related to packaging materials, structural design, and packaging process) 与工厂、区域、全球团队密切协作，改进产线效率。(有关包装材料、结构设计和包装过程等工序) 4. Ensure that existing testing methods (Online testing / storage testing / transportation testing / laboratory testing, etc.) and the use of materials comply with local and global regulatory requirements. 确保现有的测试方法（即在线测试/储存测试/运输测试/实验室测试等）和材料的使用符合本地及全球法规要求。 8. Develop new test methods according to requirements. 根据需求开发新的测试方法。 9. Work closely with quality, production, and customer service departments to solve product quality problems and ensure stable quality and OEE improvement. 与质量、生产和客户服务部门密切协作，解决产品质量问题，确保稳定的质量和OEE的提高。 10. Work closely with other regional packaging teams to complete the development of packaging projects. 与其他区域的包装团队密切协作,共同完成包装项目的开发。 11. Analyse and recommend required training for team. 为团队分析和推荐需要的培训。 12. Complete the maintenance and management of the laboratory with team members. 与团队成员一起完成实验室的维护和管理。 13.
