Position Objectives The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for Mercedes-Benz APP, develop company-level strategic thinking and management perspectives. He/she will be provided with ample opportunities to work with different stakeholders, manage complex project with multiple stakeholders. He/She will employ data-driven approaches and empower business via frontend and backend solution of online platforms. He/She will be able to connect business with IT system stakeholders to contribute to the digitalization development and transformation of the company. This position is for Beijing Mercedes-Benz Sales Service Co., Ltd. Main Scope of Work Major Working assignments: - Overall PMO of the OneAPP project in BMBS - Deep dive with BU counterparts about commercial values and logic of the business demands - Raise business demands for IT system development based on market study and platform strategy - Cooperate with IT and relevant parties for project blueprint and timeline - Monitor the progress of IT system development and deliverables - Interacting with HQ counterparts regarding project status and progress Expected deliverables: - Turn OneAPP concept into project implementation - Set up sound OneAPP foundation to pave way for future business use case - Develop future strategic plans for OneAPP Qualification Previous internship/ full-time experience of high relevance in other MNCs (if auto industry better) Coordinating and managing projects with high complexity Excellent intercultural competence Structured and result-oriented even under pressure Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills Project Management skills Digital Customer Journey & Data Analysis or Application Background Capability of translating business language into data requirements Detail-oriented Sound PPT skills
