职位介绍: Responsibilities 1. Collaborate with the design team to develop new product concepts and designs； 2. Manage the entire product development process, including material selection, sample production, and quality control； 3. Coordinate with manufacturers to ensure timely and cost-effective production； 4. Track and manage sample schedules and deadlines； 5. Monitor the shipment of samples and finished products to ensure timely delivery； 6. Resolve any design or sample/production issues in a timely and effective manner； 7. Manage the product budget,including cost analysis and profitability forecasting； 8. Conduct market research to understand current fashion trends and customer needs； 9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective product campaigns. Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Business Management, or a related field； 2. Proven experience in product management, preferably in the fashion industry； 3. Strong understanding of fashion trends and consumer behavior； 4. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously； 5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively； 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment； 7. Proficiency in relevant software, such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
