职位介绍: Role Purpose Statement: • Manage China B&A and IT categories spends • Manage SH HQ and Dongguan plant based direct & indirect materials / CapEx spends Main Accountabilities : • Responsible for China B&A / IT categories annual frame contract renew, sourcing activities, supplier development, supply risk mitigation, spend & savings management • Coordinate global B&A / IT categories on synergy opportunity exploring and category contracts extension in China market with related function stakeholders • Responsible for Shanghai HQ and Dongguan plant non-category based direct / indirect materials and CapEx spend management, co-work with China / regional on related category synergy development • Following China Procurement Policy & Procedure in daily sourcing and purchasing practices for managed categories / SH HQ / Dongguan plant, responsible for the execution consistence under policy compliance • Responsible to deliver competitive achievements for cascaded targets from China market on managed spends of categories and sites • Responsible for reporting, data analysis and continuous improvement of managed spends / suppliers • Lead subordinate development / continuous improvement / performance assessment for Dongguan plant procurement team • Other assigned tasks from line manager Education/Experience : • Bachelor degree and above • ≧ 8yrs experiences in strategic sourcing & category management, at least 2yrs team management • Fluent written and spoken English • Strong communication skills and logic
