- 岗位目标： 处理合资公司提出的KD零件保修索赔。，按时实现两个月一次的保修审核报告。 领导解决与合资公司的保修争议问题。 按月计提认股权证费用，以及争议案件费用估算等。 支持东盟CKD项目，牵头解决零部件VOR和商业化问题等。 退单问题处理等 岗位职责： 1.审核合资公司的保修索赔。，按时编制并发布数据准确的审计报告。 分析合资企业提供的保修索赔，检查相关信息，如根本原因、价格、人工时间等，要求合资企业提供相关证据文件。 现场审核。 发布月度或双月保修审计报告。 遵循财务付款。 在SAGAI系统等中记录付款结果。 2.牵头解决与合资公司的保修争议问题。 组织与质量部和合资公司的会议。，分析故障的根本原因。 明确与合资公司的技术责任。 推动与JV解决争议案件。尽快 3、权证费用按月计提、争议案件费用估算等 4.东盟CKD项目售后问题支持 领导IAP地区的技术、采购、物流和区域管理人员之间的每周会议。 找出障碍点，解决备件VOR和商业化问题等。 5.退单问题处理 6.与保修和售后潜在问题等有关的其他问题 任职要求： 汽车行业的技术和质量知识 擅长办公软件包，擅长Excel、PPT、WORD等。 良好的分析能力 良好的沟通/协调能力 维护公司利益，同时保持对客户满意度的正确判断 Mission： Treat KD parts warranty claims from JV., realize bi-monthly warranty audit report on time. Lead to solve the warranty disputing issues with JV. Warrant cost provision by month, and disputing case expense estimation etc. ASEAN CKD projects supporting, lead to solve spare part VOR and commercialization issues etc. Chargeback issues treatment, etc Major Responsibilities: 1. Audit warranty claims of JV., prepare and release the audit reports on time with accurate data. Analyze warranty claims provided by JVs, check the related info as root cause, price, labor time etc., request JVs to provide the related evidence doc. etc. Audit on site. Release the monthly or bi-monthly warranty audit report. Follow the financial payment. Record the payment result in SAGAI system, etc. 2. Lead to solve the warranty disputing issues with JV. Organize the meeting with quality and JV., analysis the root cause of failures. Clarify the technical liability with JV. Push the disputing cases solved with JV. asap. 3. Warrant cost provision by month, disputing case expense estimation etc 4. ASEAN CKD projects aftersales issues supporting Lead the weekly meetings between technical, buyers, logistic and zone manages of IAP region etc. Find the blocking points to solve spare part VOR and commercialization issues etc. 5. Chargeback issues treatment 6. Other issues regarding to warranty and aftersales potential issues, etc Qualifications ： Knowledge of technical and quality in Automotive Industry Good at Pack of office applications, special in Excel, PPT, WORD etc. Good analysis capacity Good communication/ coordinate skills Defend the interests of company, while keeping right judgments on customer satisfaction
