- Position: General Manager– Operations Reporting to: Head of China Account Management & Jiangsu Operations Department: Operations Location: Kunshan Key Responsibilities: Operational & Financial Performance Management Job Objective: This position is P&L owner and responsible for driving cost optimization, productivity improvement and operational innovation. Overall manage daily operation to achieve internal and external KPI targets Plan and execute the company strategy Manage P&L performance of Non-Taicang DCs in Jiangsu Region to achieve annual target through continuously driving productivity improvement, cost management, staffing model optimization and operational innovation Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to successfully launch operational projects Maintain high level customer satisfaction Well plan and manage outsource labor efficiency Maintain sustainable and compliant partnership with customer and suppliers Evaluate employee performance, develop talents and motivate team spirit Proactively develop new business opportunities Develop new sites and organize the resources to ensure the implementation success and stabilize the operation performance Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Engineering, Supply chain management or equivalent Working Experience: 1. With experience in P&L management 2. Over 10 years people management experience 3. Minimum 15 years of experience in logistics industry (3PL is preferred) and minimum 5 years of sizable DC operation management Skills: 1. Strong communication skills with internal functional teams and external customers, suppliers 2. People management and influential skills 3. Commercial and financial management consciousness 4. Proactive and strategic thinker 5. Fluent English & Mandarin speaking
