职位介绍: Task and Responsibilities 工作职责：职位描述： 1. Combined with the owner's technical specifications and industry or national specifications, write technical specifications for solid waste incineration pre-treatment equipment such as roller conveyor, elevator, slag dispenser, pusher, hydraulic system, SMP feeding system, etc., including but not limited to the scope of supply, quality requirements, inspection requirements, documentation requirements, etc., and technical clarification with the suppliers, and complete the table of technical comparison of the programs of different suppliers; 结合业主的技术规范和行业或国家规范，撰写固废焚烧前处理设备如滚筒输送、提升机、出渣机、推料机、液压系统、SMP进料系统等的技术规范书，内容包括但不限于供货范围、质量要求、检验要求、文件要求等，与供应商进行技术澄清，并完成不同供应商的方案技术比较表； 2. Review suppliers' design drawings, organise design clarification meetings, collate modifications to drawings from various disciplines, and finally confirm suppliers' manufacturing drawings; 审核供应商的设计图纸，组织召开设计澄清会议，整理各专业对图纸的修改意见，最终确认供应商的制造图纸； 3. Assist the Quality Engineer in completing start-up and pre-inspection meetings for equipment, clarifying manufacturing plans, inspection plans, documentation requirements, etc. with suppliers; 协助质量工程师完成设备的开工会和预检会，与供应商澄清制造计划、检验计划、文件要求等； 4. Do the technical management of suppliers, tracking the manufacturing progress and quality control of equipment, assisting quality engineers to complete the pre-shipment inspection, and coordinating the quality rectification work of suppliers; 做好供应商技术管理，跟踪设备的制造进度和质量控制，协助质量工程师完成出厂前的检验，协调供应商的质量整改工作； 5. Assist the piping professional to complete the basic arrangement of the corresponding equipment, and assist the electrical instrumentation professional to complete the selection of electrical instrumentation; 协助管道专业完成对应设备的基础布置，协助电仪专业完成电气仪表的选型； 6. Provide technical support for on-site installation and commissioning of equipment; 对设备的现场安装及调试提供技术支持； 7. Other work arranged by the supervisor. 上级安排的其他工作。 Requirements 职位要求 Education: Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, process equipment and control engineering and other related majors 教育：本科及以上学历，机械工程、过程装备与控制工程等相关专业 Work experience: more than 5 years mechanical design or technical management experience in environmental protection and hazardous waste industry 工作经验：5年以上环保危废行业机械设计或技术管理经验 Technical & Professional Knowledge: 技术和专业知识： 1. Understand the process flow of solid waste incineration and be familiar with the feeding methods of solid packaged materials, sludge and bulk materials; 了解固废焚烧的工艺流程，熟悉固体包装料、污泥、散料等进料方式； 2. Familiar with the working principle, internal structure and main parameters of the main feeding equipment; 熟悉主要进料设备的工作原理、内部结构、主要参数等； 3. Knowledge of construction, layout, and electrical instrumentation; 了解结构、布置、电气仪表方面的知识； 4. Familiarity with national and international norms, standards and rules; 熟悉国内和国际规范、标准和规则； 5. Good technical communication and co-ordination skills; 具备良好的技术沟通协调能力； 6. Proficient in CAD drafting software and Office software; 熟练掌握CAD制图软件和Office软件； 7. Good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English. 良好的英文听说读写能力。
