- Responsibility: Vendor master data Maintenance in ERP systems and GMDM systems. Support of the Master Data Requests; ICC monthly update based on information published in SSD. Customer master data Maintenance in ERP systems and Nexus systems. Support of the Master Data Requests; ICC monthly update based on information published in SSD. Manual Business Partner Identification (Customer, Vendor) and Maintenance in central CMD system Vendor master data change request verifying on data quality Material master data request management and maintenance CMD IFA number data quality check and deduplication KPI preparation and tracking list preparation for all the requests Customer communication & Clarification Other topics assigned by superior. Who are we looking for? Knowledge: Bachelor or comparable educational background in accounting or related majors. Financial certificate e.g., CPA, ACCA, etc. preferred. Experience: 3-5 years finance related working experience. Multiculture company background is preferred. SAP system skills preferred. Competence of now: Good communication skills in written English. Always customer orientation and service attitude. Learning mindset, is willing to study on new technology to enhance working efficiency. Can deal with working pressure. Analysis route cause of problem and know how to find resource to solve problem. Can demonstrate in-depth business knowledge as well as first-class presentation and communication skills. Be familiar with digital tool is preferred such as Power BI, Mendix, Qlik Sense, etc. Ownership mindset, solve problems proactively and are used to presenting problems with a solution. Competence of future: Understanding business strategy and needs preferred. Process automation solutions/improvements is preferred. Data analytics skill is preferred. Data visualization and reporting skills to drive business insights, incl. Tableau, Qliksense, etc. is preferred.
