职位介绍: In this role, you will: Work as a key member in local new branch preparatory team to complete the required tasks before new branch starts business; Deliver training programmes to internal audiences; Support the delivery of a range of training solutions and other relevant learning interventions based on the training needs identified; Support on analysing and evaluating training needs, plans or schedules to ensure employees receive the appropriate learning; Ensure practices and procedures are adhered to and training materials remain compliant with HSBC and regulatory standards; Monitor progress made by the trainees to achieve required proficiency in line with the desirable results. Qualifications: To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements: Over 10 years related working experience in Insurance, especially bancassurance training and development area with strong business acumen; Excellent training, coaching, communication and problem solving skills; Rich experience in organizing training related activities and can proactively drive a training event independently; Excellent capability to develop and maintain training system for both distribution partners and internal BDMs; Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Must be a team player, team management experience is a plus; Open-minded, self-learning and self-driven.
