- Position Summary Mainly responsible for in-process quality assurance and supplier quality management as well, will be point as onsite QC team leader or project quality engineer for specific products when necessary. Main Accountabilities • The new project quality control and PPAP documents submitted to customer. • Supplier quality management. • Responsible for onsite production quality control and solve quality problems in production. • Customer complaints investigation, 8D report and follow up; • Participates in designing and manufacturing process validations/verifications and determines appropriate sampling plans or initiatives. • Setting up quality plan, control plan/charts and inspection criterial etc.; • Follow up all corrective actions and effectiveness for internal non-conformity and customer complain related; • Guide and develop quality inspectors’ relevant quality knowledges, ensure quality tools can be understand and uses fully; • Analysis/Critical thinking, Problem-Solving Skill, Math skill. • Evaluate and supervise the QC team, give related training and guideline for QC team. Key Performance Indicators/Key Result Areas NCP ratio ; Supplier PPM; Claims cost. Internal & External Working Relationships External: Supplier, Customer, Third party audit, etc. Internal: R&D, Operation, Purchasing, Sales, Customer service Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies) • College degree or above, major in mechanical/chemical or similar • Good English ability • Have working experience in automobile industry is a plus • Familiar with quality tools such as SPC, MSA, PPAP, etc. • Familiar with ISO9001 system, TS16949 & ISO 13485 is a plus • Good team work ability.
