职位介绍: Your responsibility: • Failure analysis for electric components within quality assurance lab located in Hefei plants for all Battery • Analyze, and evaluate and develop E- components for all Battery projects • Provide electric technical support for supplier and other departments within Battery plant and VW Group to optimize the production process • Develop professional knowledge continuous independently • Detailed electric analysis in area electric parts in Battery to be released Erstmusterpruefung (EMPB) ; • Optimize, develop and verify test procedures independently for Battery projects. • Analyze and evaluate risk for production assembly, supplier and field failure complain or material investigation related to electric area independently • Organize technical training or seminar related to electric internal or to supplier independently • Work corrective/ removal measures independently • Prepare and present documents for presentations, represent work results to suppliers and customers and facilitate electric advice for suppliers and production process independently • Facilitate and execute measuring equipment calibration, routine maintenance and proficiency testing independently • Support objective of the internal audit (E.g. audit) and the external audit (E.g. ISO 9000; Achieving ISO 14000) • Represent the interests of the site in cross-site working and expert networks of electric independently and actively Our requirement: • Master or comparable, PhD or comparable in electric area, preferably additional education abroad • Min. 3 years’ experience on Battery analysis or electric material analysis laboratory • Well experienced in electric technology (development, production or quality) and in failure analysis • Prefer experiences in an international Battery OEM or supplier • Well experienced in Battery techniques • Work independently, good technical understanding of laboratory, teamwork, good communication and cooperation skills, responsibility, assertiveness, problem solving ability, Technical depth in electric material. General topics and problem understanding automobile product and process expertise, strong analytical thinking, excellent presentation skills. • Office, LIMS, Nolis, KVS, Image Access, material database etc. • Chinese, fluent German and/or English • Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation • Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong
