Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Leadership Lead major projects especially in the area of supply chain design, optimization and innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement projects on time and in full. Provide systems, processes and tools that build up people capability and deliver supply chain excellence. Develop organizational capability and optimal team structure within the company to support business strategy plan and annual operating plan. Promote a successful attitude, confidence in leadership, and teamwork to achieve business results. Planning and Execution Support senior director, Project & Innovation, in developing strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution, and measuring results. Support the company leadership team in strategic planning for the company including but not limited to Strategic Plan (3- year horizon) and Annual Operating Plan. Analyze the processes and provide/implement the optimization solution and responsible for the documentation training, audit and recognition program. Prepare, communicate and educate teams on changes in policies and practices within the organization. Partner with other functions and external parties to develop and implement end-to-end supply chain solutions. Act as PMO lead for led and –participated projects by tracking milestones, monitoring progress, assigning work packages / tasks, following up with cross-functional partners, preparing status report, etc. Business Requirements Provide functional expertise, outside-in perspectives on optimization and innovations across the supply chain: supply chain design, commercialization, planning, manufacturing, sourcing, logistics. Direct activities to identify improvement and innovation opportunities that result in increased customer satisfaction, product quality, operational efficiency, reduced costs, process improvements, and reduced cycle time across the supply chain. Identify, assess and pro-actively share industry trends, best practices, digitization and innovations that are relevant and help to drive the digitalization of Starbuck’s supply chain. Partner Development & Team Building Provide Projects & Innovations partners with coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities and building effective teams. Challenge and inspire partners to achieve business results. Conduct and ensure the completion of performance reviews. Ensure partners adhere to legal and operational compliance requirements. Provide training opportunity to increase the competencies in new methodologies and areas of project management, including project integration, scope, time management, management of costs, quality, human resources, communications, risk and procurement. 任职资格 Summary of Experience Progressive, at least 10 years, working experience in multiple areas of expertise within supply chain (e.g. supply chain design, commercialization, planning, manufacturing, sourcing, logistics). Proven track-record, at least 5 years, in strategic/supply chain consulting, project management, project implementation. Demonstrated leadership in driving large, complex digital/operational transformation projects is a must. Experience in building, leading and managing teams is critical. Strategic planning, financial analysis and industrial engineering experience is preferred. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to achieve goals through direct and indirect influence. Ability to apply sound business principles and practices to project management and change management. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization including senior management. Ability to communicate project status, risks, and scope with impact to all stakeholders on a regular basis. Excellent interpersonal, written, oral communicating skills and problem solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with domestic or international suppliers and individuals with varying levels of education and experience. Ability to work collaboratively and lead domain expertise within a team environment of cross-functional peers. Ability to drive change. Effectively leads teams through significant ambiguity. Ability to make decisions in an uncertain environment with changing priorities. Ability to manage multiple priorities, think on their feet, and execute with speed. Independent decision maker in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Effectively leads teams through significant ambiguity.
