职位介绍: • The role envisages a wide range of responsibilities. The position would require involvement in contracts for procurement of equipment and construction works for the Group under the supervision of the Head of Contracting. • Develops key contract terms as a part of contract strategy. • Risk, feasibility analysis regarding contract strategy. • Customizes term sheets and contract drafts based on typical contracts of the company. • Analyzes contract drafts in terms of contradictions between commercial and technical terms and conditions. • Review of other contract related documents (e.g. consortium agreement), which will form the contents of RFP. • Review of contractual part of offers. • Develop pre-award schedules for contract drafting and approval, report to project manager, supervise implementation. • Organize meetings and negotiations. • Prepare materials for negotiations. • Arrange contract approval with corporate departments by accommodating to their requirements or responding to their requests. • Draft protocols, meeting minutes, arrange their approvals. What You Need To Success • Higher education in law/economics/project management. • Between 3 to 5 years of job experience as a contract manager. • Good communicator, team leader, and with an active attitude taking full ownership of his/her tasks and area of responsibility. • Solution-oriented with a pragmatic approach and readiness to closely work with colleagues and stakeholders, internally and externally. • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and make clear decisions. • Capable of getting things done in a corporate environment through following corporate business decisions workflow.
