职位介绍: 计划工程师/采购工程师工作地址：奉贤区张翁庙路附近汇报对象：运营经理 Job responsibility This is a key role of planning team to the success of full lifecycle management of projects, which consists of sourcing, cost down, material planning and project process supervision. 1. Split project delivery plan into detailed operation plans, well follow up the planning milestones to be caught, such as component purchasing order release, component on time arrival, shop floor assembly, packing and shipping. 2. Purchasing the materials used for machine build up and achieve on time delivery. 3. Consumables for workshop purchasing. 4. Optional parts for import machine local purchasing 5. Develop potential supplier for cost saving, such as tooling and fixtures. 6. Support to release the PO for spare parts purchasing. 7. Work closely with quality team and engineering team to comprehend the specifications, requirements and precisely communicate to the supplier candidates. 8. Communicate with supplier for goods return, follow up next time delivery and corrective actions. 9. Work with R&D for new product launching. 10. Other tasks as assigned by the Superior. Job requirements 1. Over 5 years working experience in production planning management. 2. Familiar with manufacturing purchasing process and SAP with 5 years or above working experience in mechanical or electric industrial field in the foreign companies. 3. Project management experience is a plus. 4. Bachelor degree or above 5. Strong sense of responsibility，goal orientation. 6. Skillful in Microsoft Office, especially the Excel and PPT, SAP knowledge in preferred 7. With good communication skills and teamwork spirit 8. Fluent English both in speaking and writing. 9. Basic understanding of engineering knowledge. 该职位是计划团队的核心岗位，负责生产项目的全生命周期管理，确保项目成功运行。职能涵盖采购、降本、物料规划和项目过程的监督。 1、依据项目交货计划，制定并执行物料采购、生产计划；有效跟踪计划执行的符合性。包括但不限于：采购订单发放、催货和按时交付、装配进度管理、包装和发运协调等。 2、采购机床装配所需的物料并按时交货 3、车间消耗品采购 4、进口机床配件的国产化 5、开发潜在的供应商以节省成本，如工装夹具 6、支持备件采购的订单释放 7、与质量和工程师团队紧密合作，理解规格和要求并准确地与供应商沟通。 8、与供应商沟通退货，跟进下一次发货和纠正措施。 9、和研发部门负责新产品发布。岗位要求： 1、5年以上的生产计划管理经验。 2、熟悉制造业采购流程和SAP操作，有5年以上外企机械或电气行业工作经验 3、项目管理经验更优。 4、本科以上学历 5、较强的工作责任心及目标导向的工作方式 6、熟练掌握Office软件，尤其是excel和PPT，熟练使用SAP。 7、良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神 8、流利的英语口语和书写能力 9、具有一定的机械技术背景尤佳
