职位介绍: Senior Data Scientist – Statistical Modeling and Causal Inference Key Responsibilities ·Lead the technical design and implementation of company's own market mixing modeling (MMM) ·Design and implement the suite of incrementality solutions and modeling of marginal returns ·Causal inference on incrementality of customer's ads spend ·Develop optimization algorithms to help the clients optimize their spend on different ads platforms ·Forecast of sales and revenue ·Design methodology to measure or model performances o fads spend ·Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally,including China,Moldova,New York,Chicago,LA,and Seattle,to align AI strategies with business objectives. Qualifications ·Extensive experience in statistical modeling,especially in areas like Bayesian Hierarchical modeling,causal inference(meta learner etc.),lift modeling,time series modeling(traditional ARIMA and newer techniques like RNN,LSTM) ·Familiarity or prior hands-on experience with marketing mix modeling is a big plus ·Good understanding of ads and marketing space and concepts like ROAS,CPA,CAC,LTV 主要职责 ·主导公司自有市场混合模型(MMM)的技术设计与实现 ·设计并实施增量解决方案和边际收益建模套件 ·客户广告支出增量的因果推理 ·开发优化算法，帮助客户优化在不同广告平台上的支出 ·销售及收入预测 ·设计衡量或模拟时尚消费表现的方法 ·与全球跨职能团队合作，包括中国、摩尔多瓦、纽约、芝加哥、洛杉矶和西雅图，使人工智能战略与业务目标保持一致。任职资格 ·在统计建模方面有丰富的经验，特别是在贝叶斯层次建模、因果推理(元学习器等)、提升建模、时间序列建模(传统的ARIMA和RNN、LSTM等新技术)等领域 ·熟悉或有营销组合建模实践经验者优先 ·对广告和营销空间以及ROAS、CPA、CAC、LTV等概念有良好的理解
